Imperial 1020 Extrusion - 180° Hinge with Mounting Plates

This product is a 180° Hinge with 3D Printed Adapters for mounting onto Imperial 1020 Extrusion so that it can be folded back under the desk while not in-use.  This is very useful for wide mounts like a Keyboard Tray because with it folded back you can push multiple Rail Mounts much closer together off to one side when not in-use.  Filament used for this part is Bambu Lab PETG-CF, which is carbon fiber reinforced PETG, and it is printed at 100% infill for maximum strength and rigidity.  All mounting hardware is included with the adapter.

To our best knowledge, this product is not currently produced anywhere else in the world.

Only Black color option is available at this time, but we plan to offer all Bambu Lab PETG-CF filament color options in the future.

If you have purchased Foxx Mounts or Predator Mounts, this is the correct size adapter for the extrusion they use.  Please see the last 2 photos for an example of how this product works (SGR15 Rail, SGR15 Rail Guide, SGR15 Rail Guide Adapter Plate and 1020 Extrusion are not included, but are available for purchase separately).  Foxx Mount standard size 12" vertical extrusion was cut in half (2 x 6" pieces) for this example but this product will work with longer extrusion sections as well.  180° Hinge sourced for this product is rated for 500lbs per the manufacturer.
