This product is a 3D printed desk mount with 180° Folding Metric 4080 Extrusion (compatible with desk rail mounting only). This is very useful for wide mounts like a Mousepad/Keyboard Tray because with it folded back you can push multiple Rail Mounts much closer together off to one side when not in-use. Filament used for this part is Bambu Lab PETG-CF, which is carbon fiber reinforced PETG, and it is printed at 100% infill for maximum strength and rigidity. The white parts are made with Igus I150 filament to help reduce wear between moving components. This kit includes 1 top plate 18mm thick, 2 vertical 138mm extrusion pieces (hinged between them), 1 horizontal 206mm extrusion piece with countersunk anchor holes (Keyboard/Mouse Tray, Joystick, Throttle, etc.) and Horizontal Extrusion Sled for vertical height adjustment. All assembly hardware is included with this kit (M6 screws/t-nuts and M8 anchors/screws/t-nuts/clamp lever). Rail Guide and Mousepad Tray (shown in pictures) are sold separately.
Only Black color option is available at this time, but we plan to offer all Bambu Lab PETG-CF filament color options in the future.
