This product is a 3D Printed Adapter for mounting an SGR15 Rail Guide onto Metric 4080 Extrusion for use with an SGR15 rail. Filament used for this part is Bambu Lab PETG-CF, which is carbon fiber reinforced PETG, and it is printed at 100% infill for maximum strength and rigidity. All mounting hardware is included with the adapter.
To our best knowledge, this product is not currently produced anywhere else in the world.
Only Black color option is available at this time, but we plan to offer all Bambu Lab PETG-CF filament color options in the future.
Be sure to also purchase an SGR15 Rail Guide and use this adapter to connect it to your Metric 4080 Extrusion. If you have purchased MonsterTech Mounts, this is the correct size adapter for the extrusion they use. If you are using our 4080 DMM Extrusion, no adapter plate is necessary, as the hole pattern is the same between the SGR15 Rail Guide and Top Plate on the Mount. Please see the last 5 photos for an example of how the adapter plate works (SGR15 Rail, SGR15 Rail Guide and 4080 Extrusion are not included but are available for purchase separately).
