SGR15 Rail - Plastic Rod Variant - 100mm Section

This product is a 3D Printed Version of the SGR15 Rail with 3D Printed Rods for cost savings.  Filament used for this part is Bambu Lab PETG-CF, which is carbon fiber reinforced PETG, and it is printed at 100% infill for maximum strength and rigidity.  No. 2 Square drive #10x1" wood screws are included (1/4" of the screw length will be taken up by the rail, so that leaves 3/4" to screw into your desk).  Mark and drill pilot holes with a 3/32" bit before screwing the rail into your desk to avoid splitting the wood.  Choose the amount of 100mm sections you need and this will be printed as one long piece of rail (for example, a 1500mm rail would require 15 of these 100mm sections).  Be sure to send a note with your order to let us know if you need it made as 2 or more separate rails instead of 1 piece.  

The SGR15 Rail is normally only available for purchase from sellers in China made from aluminum, so this 3D printed version was created as a way to provide an equivalent product domestically to buyers in the United States at a comparable price with much faster delivery.  

Only Black color option is available at this time, but we plan to offer all Bambu Lab PETG-CF filament color options in the future.

Due to this product using plastic rods for cost savings, it is not recommended for users with extensive builds beyond a simple HOTAS or HOSAS setup.  Pictures show 2 x 100mm sections of rail printed as a single 200mm piece.
